研究目的：

对肺恶性肿瘤碘125粒子植入的剂量学进行分级并评估，探索剂量与并发症、疗效的关系，提供剂量学基础数据。  

Objectives of Study：

Dosimetry of iodine-125 seed implantation in lung malignant tumor was graded and evaluated to explore the relationship between dosimetry and efficacy of complications, and to provide basic dosimetry data.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 18-85周岁；
② 肺内肿瘤经组织/细胞学活检证实为恶性肿瘤；或者原发病灶经组织/细胞学活检证实为恶性肿瘤，影像学考虑肺内转移；
③ 转移病灶任意方向直径≤8cm，最大直径≥1cm；
④ ECOG评分为0-3；
⑤ 预期生存期≥3个月；
⑥ 无法行手术治疗或患者放弃对病灶行手术切除治疗；
⑦ 获得患者及家属的同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-85 years;
2. Intrapulmonary lesions confirmed by organization/cytological biopsy for malignant tumoror primary lesions confirmed by organization/cytological biopsy for malignant tumor, imaging examination of intrapulmonary metastasis;
3. Metastatic lesion 1 to 8cm diameter;
4. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status score 0-3;
5. Expected lifetime≥3 months;
6. Unable to accept surgical treatment;
7. Willingness and to be able to complete the study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

① 既往有肺内靶病灶外照射治疗史或其他内照射治疗史；
② 肝肾功能不全：肝功能Child-Pugh分级 C级；肾小球滤过率≤29ml/min/1.73m2，血清肌酐＞451umol/L，内生肌酐清除率≤19ml/min；
③ 凝血功能异常：凝血酶原时间＞20s，活化部分凝血酶原时间＞55s ，凝血酶凝固时间＞21s，凝血酶原时间国际标准化比值＞2.5；
④ 血红蛋白＜9g/dL，白细胞计数＜2.5×109/L，中性粒细胞数＜1.5×109/L，血小板数＜50×109/L；
⑤ ECOG评分为4。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of radiation therapy for intrapulmonary target lesions;
2. Hypohepatia and renal inadequacy: Child-Pugh classification grade C, glomerular filtration rate<29ml/min/1.73m2; serum creatinine>451umol/Lendogenous creatinine clearance rate<19ml/min.?
3. Coagulant function abnormality: prothrombin time>20s, activated partial thromboplastin time>55s, thrombin time>21sprothrombin time-international normalized ratio>2.5;
4. Hemoglobin＜9g/dL, white blood cell count<2.5×10^9/Lneutrophil count<1.5×10^9/Lplatelet count<50×10^9/L;
5. ECOG 4;
