研究目的：

通过对胸髓损伤患者督脉脊柱段进行红外热图检查，从脊髓损伤平面及其上下督脉的温度差异，观察到寒型热图和热型热图，并与中医证候诊断进行对比分析，找出它们的内在联系。  

Objectives of Study：

By means of infrared thermography of thoracic cord injury patients'Du meridian spine segment, from the temperature difference of the spinal cord injury plane and its upper and lower Du meridians, we observed cold-type thermogram and heat-type thermogram, and compared them with the diagnosis of TCM syndromes to find out their internal relationship.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

符合国家中医药管理局《痿病（外伤性不完全性脊髓损伤康复）中医诊疗方案（2017年版）》诊断标准的胸髓损伤患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with thoracic spinal cord injury who meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Program for Imperfect Disease (Traumatic Incomplete Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation) (2017 Edition) of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

排除标准：

① 病情不稳定，对检查不配合者；
② 有影响体温变化的疾病；
③ 有严重内科疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① The patient's condition is unstable and does not cooperate with the examination;
② The patient's temperature is affected;
③ The patient with serious medical disease.
