研究目的:

本项目针对脑卒中肢体功能障碍患者人群,构建运动和日常行为能力评估体系,通过大数据分析总结运动功能障碍特点,并应用近红外脑功能成像、脑电、肌电、运动、触力觉等多种参数进行评估,总结相关参数设置,以此为依据,为在线交互环境下近红外脑功能评估、肌电、运动、触力觉等实时反馈评估功能提供参数设置依据,设计在线交互智能康复训练及自适应调整软件系统,优化康复范式,并对康复疗效进行临床验证。  

Objectives of Study:

This project is aimed at patients with stroke and limb dysfunction, constructing an assessment system for exercise and daily behavior ability, and summarizes the characteristics of motor dysfunction through big data analysis, and applies near-infrared brain function imaging, EEG, electromyography, movement, touch, etc. A variety of parameters are evaluated, and related parameter settings are summarized. Based on this, it provides parameter setting basis for real-time feedback evaluation functions such as near-infrared brain function evaluation, electromyography, motion, and tactile sensation in an online interactive environment, and design online interactive intelligent rehabilitation Training and adaptive adjustment of the software system, optimizing the rehabilitation paradigm, and clinical verification of rehabilitation efficacy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

①经临床和影像检查证实为脑梗死患者;
②年龄40-79岁;Brunnstrom分期≥3期;Ashworth评分≤2分;
③患者病情稳定,能维持坐位30min以上,符合康复运动治疗的标准。
④无重度认知功能障碍(根据Mini-Mental State Examination量表评分),已获得患者的知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) stroke confirmed by computed tomography or MRI;
(2) aged 40 to 79 years old; Brunnstrom stage >=3; Ashworth score <=2;
(3) the patient's vital ondition is stable, can maintain the sitting position for more than 30 minutes;
(4) severe cognitive impairment (according to the score of the Mini-mental State Examination scale).

排除标准:

①充血性心力衰竭;下肢深静脉血栓;恶性进行性高血压;呼吸功能衰竭;活动性肝病,肝肾功能不全;
②肢体骨折患者;
③既往有精神疾病史或服用抗精神病药物病史。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Congestive heart failure;
(2) deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity;
(3) Malignant progressive hypertension;
(4) Respiratory failure; ongoing liver disease;
(5) hepatic and renal insufficiency;
(6) Patients with limb fractures;
(7) A history of mental illness or use of anti-psychotic drugs.

本研究采用中央随机化,通过交互式网络应答系统(Interactive web response system,IWRS)进行受试者的处理随机分组。研究者登陆IWRS对受试者进行随机,为每位受试者分配随机号。采用区组随机化进行随机分组。给定随机种子数,借助R(版本3.6)统计软件,按照1:1比例产生受试者的处理分组随机序列。

The researcher logs on to IWRS to randomize the subjects, and assigns a random number to each subject. Block randomization was used for random grouping.
