研究目的：

通过牙周炎人群与非牙周炎人群味觉测试结果的对比分析，探宄慢性牙周炎与味觉障碍发病之间的关联，以期阐释慢性牙周炎与味觉障碍发病之间有无相关性以及为临床上味觉障碍伴发慢性牙周炎发病的人群预防和治疗提供新思路。同时开展不同教学方法对超声波龈上洁治效果的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Through the comparative analysis of the taste test results of the periodontitis population and the non-periodontitis population, exploring the relationship between chronic periodontitis and the onset of dysgeusia, in order to explain whether there is a correlation between chronic periodontitis and the onset of dysgeusia and provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of clinically dysgeusia and chronic periodontitis.The influence of different teaching methods on the effect of ultrasonic supracival scaling

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①Florida探针探诊全口牙唇(颊)侧及舌(腭)侧正中、近中邻面、远中邻面共6个位点,平均CAL>3 mm;②无严重系统性疾病;③无吸烟史;④近1个月无抗生素用药史;⑤口内余留牙不少于20颗。

Inclusion criteria

①Florida probe to detect 6 sites on the lip (buccal) side and tongue (palate) side of the whole mouth, the median, proximal and distal sides, with an average CAL>3 mm; ②No serious systemic disease; ③ No history of smoking; ④No history of antibiotic medication in the past 1 month; ⑤There are no less than 20 teeth remaining in the mouth.

排除标准：

①患有严重的精神疾病者;②哺乳期以及妊娠期妇女;③有交流障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Persons with severe mental illness; ②Women during lactation and pregnancy; ③People with communication disorders.
