研究目的：

评价常规治疗基础上PCI术前或术后加用丹红注射液预防STEMI患者心肌微循环障碍是否优于常规治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess whether additional Danhong injection treatment started before or after PCI is superior to standard treatment alone for the prevention of microvascular obstruction in STEMI patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合ST段抬高型心肌梗死诊断标准；
2. 出现心肌缺血症状12小时以内；
3. 符合直接PCI手术适应症，接受在梗塞血管放置支架者；
4. 年龄18-75岁者；
5. 同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction;
2. Show the symptoms of myocardial ischemia within 12 hours;
3. Have direct PCI surgery indications and accept stent placement in infarct vessels;
4. Men and women aged between 18-75 years;
5. Agree to participate the research and sign the Informed Consent Form.

排除标准：

1. 术前接受溶栓治疗者；
2. 心源性休克心脏破裂或室间隔穿孔；
3. 心肺复苏术超过20分钟；
4. 活动性出血或有出血倾向者；
5. 靶血管接受过支架植入的患者；
6. 带有植入式心脏除颤器或起搏器的患者；
7. 合并肝、肾、造血系统等严重原发病患者，恶性肿瘤患者；
8. 过敏体质或对试验用药物过敏者；
9. 有重大精神疾患，难以配合的受试者；
10. 妊娠及哺乳期妇女；
11. 明确急性心包炎、亚急性感染性心内膜炎和/或主动脉夹层；
12. 心电图左束支传导阻滞；
13. 预期寿命≤12个月；
14. 已入组其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Received thrombolytic therapy before PCI;
2. Cardiogenic shock, heart rupture or ventricular septal perforation;
3. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation ≧ 20 minutes;
4. Active hemorrhage or sensitive to hemorrhage;
5. Target vessel received stent implantation;
6. With an implantable cardiac defibrillator or pacemaker;
7. Combined with severe liver, kidney or hematopoietic system diseases, malignant tumors;
8. Allergic to the experimental drugs;
9. Patients with major mental illnesses that are difficult to cooperate;
10. Known pregnancy or lactation;
11. Acute pericarditis, subacute infective endocarditis and/or aortic dissection;
12. Left bundle branch block;
13. Life expectancy≤12 months;
14. Participation in another clinical study with an investigational product or device study during the last 30 days or during the study.
