研究目的：

探讨静脉注射吲哚菁绿后，是否可以提高ERCP胆管插管的成功率，减少操作时间，降低ERCP术后并发症的发生率  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of intravenous indocyanine green injection on bile duct cannulation during endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18-80周岁；2.各种原因需行ERCP治疗；3.具有天然乳头；4.首次行ERCP；5.ERCP 前血清淀粉酶水平正常

Inclusion criteria

1.patients older than 18 years of age, 2. ERCP for biliary indication, 3. intact native papilla,4.first time ERCP,5.normal serum amylase level before ERCP

排除标准：

1.小于18岁或大于80岁；2.重心、肺疾病，严重肾功能不全；3.妊娠；4.既往ERCP史；5.活动性急性胰腺炎、严重慢性胰腺炎的证据6.胃肠道解剖结构改变；7.拒绝参加本研究的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients older than 80 years of age or younger than 18 years of age;patients with severe heart, lung diseasespregnancy;previous history of ERCP; active acute pancreatitis, evidence of severe chronic pancreatitis; altered gastrointestinal tract anatomy;patients who refuse to participate in this study.
