研究目的：

通过大样本回顾性研究，对比甲状状癌和甲状腺微小乳头状癌的临床病理学和预后差异，从而为甲状腺乳头状癌和微小乳头状癌的临床诊疗提出潜在指导性意见。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a large sample retrospective study, the clinicopathological and prognostic differences between papillary thyroid carcinoma and microcarcinoma were compared, so as to provide potential guidance for the clinical management of papillary thyroid carcinoma and microcarcinoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）病理诊断为甲状腺乳头状癌或微小乳头状癌
（2）临床病理学信息是完整可获得的
（3）进行了手术治疗
（4）获得了知情同意

Inclusion criteria

(1) pathological diagnosis was PTC or PTMC;
(2) clinicopathological information was complete and available;
(3) surgery was performed;
(4) informed consent was signed.

排除标准：

（1）缺少病理诊断或病理诊断不是甲状腺乳头状癌或甲状腺微小乳头状癌
（2）临床病理学信息不完整或不可获得
（3）未进行手术治疗
（4）未签署知情同意

Exclusion criteria：

(1) lack of pathological diagnosis
(2) clinicopathological information was incomplete or available;
(3) surgery was not performed;
(4) informed consent was not signed.
