研究目的：

探究口腔护理液对于术后咽喉疼痛的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of oral care solution on postoperative sore throat.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ASA ＜ III级；
2.年龄：18～60岁；
3.BMI＜30kg/m2；
4.接受气管插管或喉罩的全身麻醉患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.ASA 2. Age: 18 to 60 years old;
3.BMI<30kg/m2;
4. Patients undergoing general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation or laryngeal mask.

排除标准：

1.患者术前有咽痛、近期有呼吸道感染史；
2.术前声音嘶哑，有胃食管反流；
3.对研究药物过敏、近期口服非甾体类抗炎药；
4.马氏（Mallampati grade）分级>2；
5.气管插管（喉罩插入）时间<60分钟或>240分钟、气管插管或置入喉罩不顺造成明显并发症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient had a sore throat before surgery and a recent history of respiratory tract infection;
2. Hoarseness and gastroesophageal reflux before surgery;
3. Allergic to the study drug, recent oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs;
4. Mallampati grade>2;
5. Obvious complications caused by endotracheal intubation (laryngeal mask insertion) time <60 minutes or >240 minutes, tracheal intubation or laryngeal mask insertion.

According to the process SAS9.13plan, random numbers were generated under the principle of control group, and Licorice Gargle group and Oral care solution group as 1:1：1 ratio by a skilled statistician.
