研究目的：

阐明PPV指导目标导向液体治疗（GDFT）联合合适剂量去甲肾上腺素否实现围术期体液零平衡策略以及显著改善老年脊柱患者的术后转归。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective To clarify whether PPV-guided goal-directed fluid therapy (GDFT) combined with appropriate dose of norepinephrine have following effectszero balance of body fluids during perioperative period and improving postoperative outcomes significantly in elderly patients undergoing spinal surger.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. ASA≤3级；
2. 年龄65-85岁；
3. 性别不限；
4. 全身麻醉下腰椎椎管减压、内固定术。

Inclusion criteria

1. ASA≤III;
2. Aged 65 to 85 years;
3. No limitation for gender;
4. Decompression and internal fixation of lumbar vertebral under general anesthesia.

排除标准：

1. 患者拒绝参加实验；
2. 肾功能障碍者；
3. 肝功能不全者；
4. 甲亢患者；
5. 闭塞性血管炎、血栓病患者；
6. 活动性消化道溃疡患者；
7. 炎症性肠炎、缺血性肠病患者；
8. 充血性心力衰竭患者；
9. 术前心电图检查异常者 （包括窦速、窦缓、房室传导阻滞）；10合并心脏瓣膜疾病、肥厚型心肌病或严重肺部疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Inability to comply with the study protocal;
2. Renal dysfunction;
3. Hyperthyreosis;
4. Thromboarteritis obliterans;
5. Peptic ulcer;
6. Hepatic dysfunctio;
7. Ischemic enteritis;
8. Congestive heart failure;
9. Abnormal electrocardiogram;
10. Valvular heart disease, Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, severe pulmonary disease.
