研究目的：

探讨采用超声引导下高渗葡萄糖注射结合中药熏蒸治疗肩袖损伤的有效性及安全性，为肩袖损伤患者找到一种疗效好，创伤小、安全性高，患者痛苦少，费用低廉、治疗精准、适合临床推广的中西医结合微创治疗新方法。  

Objectives of Study：

This research is aimed to explore the effectiveness?and?safety of the ultrasound-guided injection with hypertonic glucose and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation. Thus, our study is to find a new method of minimally invasive treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for rotator cuff injury patients, which has the advantage of high efficacy, minimal trauma, high safety, less pain, low cost, accurate treatment and suitable for clinical promotion.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①诊断明确的肩袖损伤病人，病程在24个月以下；②年龄20～85岁；③患者同意接受试验并签署临床试验知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients with clear diagnosis of rotator cuff injury had a course of disease less than 24 months.
② Patients aged 20-85 years.
③ Patients agreed to accept the test and signed the informed consent form of clinical trials.

排除标准：

①年龄＜20岁或者＞85岁，病程＞24个月；②创伤引起的其它肩部疼痛和功能障碍如肩关节扭伤、骨折、脱位、臂丛神经损伤等；③肩部其它关节和软组织病变如肩锁关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、化脓性关节炎、冻结肩、肩峰下滑囊炎、肱二头肌长头肌腱炎等；④骨性结构异常如骨坏死、原发和转移性肿瘤、Paget′s病等；⑤颈部病变如颈椎病、胸廓出口综合征等；⑥内脏病变引起的肩部疼痛如上肺肿瘤、食管炎、心肌梗塞、消化道溃疡、胆囊炎等；⑦研究期间使用可能影响疗效评价的药物或治疗者；(8) 患者不同意进入研究。

Exclusion criteria：

① Age of patient is below 20?years and over 85?years at course of disease over 24 months
② Shoulder symptoms after a traumatic event, such as shoulder joint sprain, fracture, dislocation, brachial plexus injury.
③ Other shoulder joint and soft tissue lesions such as acromioclavicular arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, suppurative arthritis, frozen shoulder, acromioclavicular bursitis, and biceps long head tendonitis.
④ Bone structural abnormalities such as osteonecrosis, primary and metastatic tumors, Paget ' s disease.
⑤ Cervical lesions such as cervical spondylosis, thoracic outlet syndrome.
⑥ Shoulder pain caused by visceral lesions such as upper lung tumor, esophagitis, myocardial infarction, gastrointestinal ulcer, cholecystitis, etc.
⑦ Patients who used drugs or treatments that might affect the efficacy evaluation during the study.
⑧ Patient’s denial for operative treatment and/or participation in the trial.
