观察不同时间段，白天接受手术及夜间接受手术对患者术后康复，并发症发生率及预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effects of different time periods, daytime operation and night operation on postoperative recovery, complication rate and prognosis of patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁， ASA分级I~III级，（2）拟在全身麻醉或全麻联合区域神经阻滞麻醉下进行外科手术。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥18 years, ASA grade I~III, (2) surgical operation under general anesthesia or general anesthesia combined with regional nerve block anesthesia.

排除标准：

（1）急诊手术（2）ASA分级≧4级。（3）资料不全的患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Emergency surgery (2) ASA grade ≧4. (3) Patients with incomplete data
