研究目的：

本研究将对临床诊断为广泛型侵袭性牙周炎患者进行ANKRD36C、 SREK1IP1和 TMEM97这3个基因的检测，以判断实验对象是否同样具有这3个基因中的一个或多个基因突变。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, three genes, ANKRD36C, SREK1IP1 and TMEM97, will be detected in patients clinically diagnosed with extensive invasive periodontitis to determine whether the subjects also have mutations in one or more of these three genes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

临床诊断为广泛型侵袭性牙周炎，无全身系统疾病，年龄18-30岁之间。
身体质量指数BMI：18.5-23.9。

Inclusion criteria

The clinical diagnosis was extensive invasive periodontitis, without systemic disease, aged between 18 and 30 years.
BMI: 18.5-23.9

排除标准：

凝血功能障碍者。
有全身系统性疾病者。
具有心理疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with coagulation disorder.
Patients with systemic diseases.
People with mental illness.
