Objectives of Study：

Construction and evaluation of the effect of exercise combined with nutrition intervention in ICU patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁；②行有创或无创机械通气治疗；③血流动力学稳定（平均动脉压＞65mmHg）；④患者及照顾者能进行普通话沟通并取得其知情同意

Inclusion criteria

①Age ≥18 years old; ②Invasive or non-invasive mechanical ventilation; ③Hemodynamically stable (mean arterial pressure>65mmHg); ④The patient and caregivers can communicate in Mandarin and obtain their informed consent

排除标准：

①患者入组前ICU住院时间≥5天；②先前发生心搏骤停；③患者伴有不稳定性骨折、急性心肌梗死、胸主动脉瘤破裂、重症肌无力、深静脉血栓等下床活动禁忌的患者；④快速进展地神经肌肉疾病；⑤怀孕；⑦正在参与其他项目的研究

Exclusion criteria：

①The patient stayed in the ICU for more than 5 days before enrollment; ②The patient had previous cardiac arrest; ③The patient was accompanied by unstable fractures, acute myocardial infarction, ruptured thoracic aortic aneurysm, myasthenia gravis, deep vein thrombosis, etc. Contraindicated patients; ④ Rapidly progressive neuromuscular disease; ⑤ Pregnancy; ⑦ Participating in other research projects
