探讨小肠菌群过度生长及苯乙酰谷氨酰胺与脑梗死病情及预后的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the correlation between small intestine bacterial overgrowth and phenylacetylglutamine with the condition and prognosis of cerebral infarction

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.完善头颅MRI证实为急性脑梗死患者；无失语及认知障碍 2.首次发病 3.无意识水平下降 4.发病年龄大于18岁 5.神经功能缺损评分采用美国国立卫生所卒中评分量表（NIHSS 评分）及生活自理能力评分（mRS）

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with acute cerebral infarction confirmed by perfect head MRI; no aphasia or cognitive impairment 2. first onset 3. no decreased level of consciousness 4. age at onset >18 years 5. neurological deficit score using the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS score) and the mRS

排除标准：

1.一个月内使用过抗菌药物或益生菌 2.一周内使用过促胃肠动力类药物或泻药 3.急性脑出血、心肌炎、严重的心脏瓣膜病、消化系统疾病（肠易激综合征、慢性肝病、炎症性肠病、肿瘤等）、严重的系统性疾病及既往有腹部手术史的患者 4.进入研究的受试者，无论何时何因退出，只要没有完成所规定的观察时间的受试者，都称为脱落病例；对于脱落病例，可以退出该临床研究 5.对于脱落病例，不纳入符合方案数据分析，按要求再次选取符合纳入及排除标准的病例，保证所研究患者例数

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who have used antibacterial drugs or probiotics within one month 2. Patients who have used pro-gastrointestinal motility drugs or laxatives within one week 3. Patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage, myocarditis, severe heart valve disease, digestive system diseases (irritable bowel syndrome, chronic liver disease, inflammatory bowel disease, tumors, etc.), severe systemic diseases and previous history of abdominal surgery 4. Subjects entering the study, regardless of when or why they withdrew, as long as Subjects who do not complete the required observation time are referred to as disenrolled cases; for disenrolled cases, the clinical study can be withdrawn. 5. For disenrolled cases, they are not included in the analysis of data in accordance with the protocol, and cases meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria are selected again as required to ensure the number of patients studied
