研究目的：

TJA患者延长术后抗生素预防措施可能会降低术后并发症的比率，但基于中国人群的数据有限。接受TJA手术的中国患者，围术期抗生素预防通常需要持续3-5天或更长时间，甚至直到出院为止。这项研究的目的是检查抗生素预防疗程对术后并发症的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Prolonged postoperative antibiotic prophylaxis in TJA patients may reduce the rate of postoperative complications, but data based on the Chinese population are limited. For Chinese patients undergoing TJA surgery, perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis usually needs to last for 3-5 days or more, even until they are discharged from the hospital. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of antibiotic prophylaxis on postoperative complications.

纳入标准：

纳入标准：所有接受初次全髋关节置换或者全膝关节置换的患者。术后1个月、3个月、6个月及12个月有完整的随访资料（门诊随访或药师电话随访）。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing initial total hip replacement or total knee replacement; complete follow-up data (outpatient follow-up or pharmacist telephone follow-up) at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after surgery.

排除标准：

排除标准：术前1个月内使用抗生素；术后伴发呼吸道感染、泌尿系感染、胃肠道感染；关节感染病史；局部使用抗生素；二次置换术；翻修手术；合并多种手术。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: use antibiotics within 1 month before surgery; postoperative respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, gastrointestinal infections; history of joint infections; topical antibiotics; secondary replacement surgery; revision surgery; combined multiple operations.
