研究目的：

此项研究可提高那些没有视网膜脱离、脉络膜脱离、葡萄膜炎或睫状体离断等疾病的顽固性低眼压或硅油依赖眼患者的眼压，从而使患者获益，提高本院眼底科学术地位。  

Objectives of Study：

This study can improve the intraocular pressure of patients with refractory low intraocular pressure or silicone oil-dependent eyes without retinal detachment, choroid detachment, uveitis or ciliary body detachment, so as to benefit the patients and improve the academic status of the department of ophthalmodus in our hospital.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、同意该项治疗的患者
2、硅油填充状态下眼压≤11.0mmHg伴有大范围视网膜色素上皮暴露（大于180°）或伴有严重的睫状前膜
3、非硅油填充状态下眼压≤7.0mmHg伴有大范围视网膜色素上皮暴露（大于180°）
4、使用激素治疗超过15天无眼压明显升高

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who agree to the treatment
2. Intraocular pressure ≤11.0mmHg with large retinal pigment epithelium exposure (greater than 180°) or severe anterior ciliary membrane under silicone oil filling condition
3. Iop ≤7.0mmHg with extensive retinal pigment epithelium exposure (greater than 180°) under non-silicone oil filling condition
4. There was no significant increase in IOP after more than 15 days of hormone therapy

排除标准：

1、了解情况后不愿意参加者。
2、硅油填充状态下眼压大于11mmHg，＜180°范围视网膜色素上皮暴露
3、使用激素治疗15天后明显眼压升高

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unwilling to participate
2. Intraocular pressure under silicone oil filling was greater than 11mmHg, and retinal pigment epithelium was exposed in the range of < 180°
3. Increased iOP significantly after 15 days of hormone therapy
