研究目的：

药代学/药效学（PK/PD）导向的优化抗生素方案（延长输注或持续输注）能够改善重症病人预后，但在中国医院普及率未知，目前尚无ICU病房内抗菌药物输注方式现况调查的报道。本研究拟对中国ICU病房内抗感染药物治疗输注方式进行调查，为我国医生合理使用抗菌类药物提供可靠依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD)-oriented optimized antibiotic regimens (extended infusion or continuous infusion) can improve the prognosis of serious illed patients, but the penetration rate in Chinese hospitals is unknown, and There is no report on the current status of antimicrobial infusion in ICU wards. This study intends to investigate the infusion of anti-infective drugs in ICU wards in my country, and provide a reliable basis for the rational use of antibacterial drugs by Chinese doctors.
