Objectives of Study：

This study includes five co-primary objectives: 1. To define an age-appropriate microbiome maturation in relation to health, defined by normal growth, absence of infections, allergies and antibiotic needs. 2. To define how dietary factors (including breastfeeding, introduction of solid food at weaning, overall nutrition and dietary patterns until 3 years of age) influences the age-appropriate microbiome trajectory 3. To define the tibia bone trajectory from 0 to 1y in order to determine the shape of the curve, point of curvature and the slope before and after this curvature point. 4. To assess how early life nutrition (breastfeeding and formula feeding) feeding regimen influences the tibia bone trajectory from 0 to 1y defined by the previous objective 5. To assess how dietary factors through microbiome influences infant health

纳入标准：

符合以下所有入选标准的健康婴儿将被纳入本研究：
1. 已获得其父母（或其法定代理人 [LAR]）的书面知情同意，并有亲自签署并注明日期的知情同
意书的证据表明，已向受试者的父母/LAR 告知了研究的所有相关方面。
2. 受试者的父母/LAR 达到法定同意年龄，愿意并能够满足研究方案的要求。
3. 对于第 1 组，为出生（出生日期 = 第 0 天）后 ≤ 10 天的健康婴儿。
对于第 2 组，为最大年龄为 6 月龄的健康婴儿
4. 足月妊娠分娩（≥ 37 周且 ≤ 42 周）。
5. 在整个研究过程中，可通过电话直接联系到受试者的父母/LAR。
6. 登记的父母双方在其管辖范围内都有固定的工作和/或住所。

Inclusion criteria

Healthy infants who fulfill all the following inclusion criteria will be included:
1. Having obtained his/her parents (or his/her legally accepted representatives [LARs]) written informed consent and having evidence of personally signed and dated informed consent document indicating that the subject’s parents/LAR have been informed of all pertinent aspects of the study.
2. Subject’s parent(s)/LAR is of legal age of consent, is willing and able to fulfill the requirements of the study protocol.
3. For group 1, healthy infants aged ≤ 10 days after birth (date of birth = Day 0).
For group 2, healthy infants with maximum age of 6 months
4. Full-term gestational birth (≥ 37 and ≤ 42 weeks).
5. Subject’s parent(s)/LAR is able to be contacted directly by telephone throughout the study.
6. Both parents registered have a fixed work and / or residence within their jurisdiction.

排除标准：

下列任何一项标准都将使受试者不具备入选资格：
1. 通过医疗访谈/病历（如可用）评估发现的妊娠合并症（如先兆子痫、妊娠期糖尿病、肠病）

Exclusion criteria：

Any of the following criteria would render a subject ineligible for inclusion:
1. Complicated pregnancy (e.g., preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, bowel disease) as assessed by medical interview/ medical record when available
2. Infants parents/LAR not willing and/or not able to comply with scheduled visits and the requirements of the study protocol
3. Currently participating or having participated in another clinical trial within 4 weeks prior to trial start.
