研究目的：

1．评价甘肃省贫困地区学龄儿童营养状况与膳食营养素摄入状况； 2．明确学龄儿童膳食多样性评分与锌摄入水平之间的关系； 3．揭示学龄儿童肠道微生物多样性； 4．揭示不同血清锌水平对肠道微生物菌群组成和代谢产物的影响，为制定营养干预策略提供理论和实践依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the nutritional status and dietary nutrient intake of school-age children in poverty-stricken areas of Gansu Province; 2. Clarify the relationship between the dietary diversity score and the level of zinc intake in school-age children; 3. Reveal the diversity of gut microbiota in school-age children; 4.reveal the effects of different serum zinc levels on intestinal microbiota composition and metabolites, and provide theoretical and practical basis for making nutritional intervention strategies.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.6-12岁学龄儿童
2.获得儿童监护人的知情同意
3.无急性病史及重大慢性病史
4.在过去三个月中没有发生任何急性胃肠道疾病（便秘，腹泻或炎症性肠病），也没有慢性胃肠道疾病（腹部结核，大肠癌或肠道恶性肿瘤）的病史
5.在过去三个月中未服用抗生素、抗病毒药、抗真菌药、镇痛药或抗炎药
在过去三个月中无发热（发烧）的症状

Inclusion criteria

1.School-age children aged 6-12
2.written informed consent was obtained from children’s guardian
3.no history of acute illness and major chronic diseases
4.no incidents of acute gastrointestinal disease (constipation, diarrhoea, or inflflammatory bowel disease) in the past three months and no history of chronic gastrointestinal diseases (abdominal tuberculosis, colorectal cancer, or gut malignant tumours)
5.no antibiotic,antiviral, antifungal, analgesic, or anti-inflflammatory drugs were taken in the past three months
No fever in the past three months

排除标准：

1.未获得监护人的知情同意
2.有急性病史及重大慢性病史
3.在过去三个月中发生过急性胃肠道疾病，存在腹泻、便秘、腹痛等胃肠道症状
4.在过去三个月中服用了抗生素、抗病毒药、抗真菌药、镇痛药或抗炎药
5.在过去三个月中存在发热（发烧）的症状

Exclusion criteria：

1. Without the informed consent of the guardian
2. There is a history of acute illness and a history of major chronic diseases
3. Acute gastrointestinal disease occurred in the past three months, with gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea, constipation and abdominal pain
4. Have taken antibiotics, antiviral drugs, antifungals, analgesics or anti-inflammatory drugs in the past three months
5. Have a fever in the past three months
