研究目的：

通过对冠心病PCI手术患者围手术期进行营养干预，探究营养治疗是否能让冠心病PCI手术患者从心功能恢复和营养状况两方面近期获益  

Objectives of Study：

Through nutritional intervention in patients undergoing PCI for coronary heart disease during perioperative period, this study explored whether nutritional therapy could benefit patients undergoing PCI for coronary heart disease from both cardiac function recovery and nutritional status in the near term

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18-90岁；诊断为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、心功能IV级及以下、无介入手术禁忌症、拟行介入手术治疗的住院患者

Inclusion criteria

Ages 18-90;Inpatients diagnosed with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, cardiac function grade IV or below, no contraindications for interventional surgery, and proposed interventional surgery

排除标准：

严重心肺及肝肾功能不全、或全身状况较差不能耐受手术者；安装有心脏起搏器的患者；妊娠或哺乳期妇女；拒绝行介入手术、选择保守治疗的患者；存在严重认知障碍或精神疾病，无法配合研究；不同意或拒绝使用营养干预方案的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney insufficiency or poor general condition cannot tolerate surgery;Patients with pacemakers;Pregnant or lactating women;Patients who refused interventional surgery and chose conservative treatment;Have severe cognitive impairment or mental illness, unable to cooperate with the study;Patients who do not agree or refuse to use nutritional intervention programs
