研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨康复机器人手套联合镜像疗法对脑卒中患者上肢功能恢复和日常生活活动能力的治疗作用，为患者提供更优质的医疗服务，缩短康复进程，使患者早日回归家庭、回归社会。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the therapeutic effect of rehabilitation robot gloves combined with mirror therapy on the upper limb function recovery and daily living activities of stroke patients, so as to provide better medical services for patients, shorten the rehabilitation process, and enable patients to return to their families and society as soon as possible.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）首次发病为单侧卒中，影像学诊断为皮层下损伤；（2）病情稳定，无严重并发症；（3）年龄30-80岁，病程为发病后7 d至6个月。（4）发病后采用保守治疗，未接受开颅等外科治疗；（5）存在手运动功能障碍。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Unilateral stroke was the first onset, and imaging diagnosis was subcortical injury; (2) The condition is stable without serious complications; (3) 30-80 years old, the course of disease was 7 d to 6 months after onset. (4) After the onset of the disease, conservative treatment was adopted, without craniotomy and other surgical treatment; (5) The presence of hand motor dysfunction.

排除标准：

（1）头颅外伤、TIA、蛛网膜下腔出血，既往有癫痫病史者；（2）头颅有金属或心脏起搏器植入；（3）认知功能障碍不能配合研究者；（4）严重心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能衰竭者；（5）妊娠期患者；（6）手伸指肌群、屈指肌群改良的Ashworth量表分肌张力＞1+级。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Head trauma, TIA, subarachnoid hemorrhage, and previous history of epilepsy; (2) Metal or pacemaker implants in the skull; (3) Cognitive dysfunction fails to cooperate with researchers; (4) severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ failure; (5) pregnant patients; (6) Muscle tension of extensor and flexor muscles of the modified Ashworth scale was > 1+.
