研究目的：

本研究通过分析COPD患者合并肌少症的危险因素，论证危险因素对肌少症发生风险的直接、间接及其交互作用并构建风险评估模型以评估其综合效应。本研究成果为进一步制定预防COPD患者发生肌少症的综合策略提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

By analyzing the risk factors of COPD patients with sarcopenia, this study demonstrates the direct, indirect and interactive effects of the risk factors on the risk of sarcopenia, and constructs a risk assessment model to evaluate its comprehensive effect. The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for further developing a comprehensive strategy to prevent sarcopenia in patients with COPD.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合COPD患者的诊断标准：患者处于疾病稳定期，符合《2021 GOLD慢性阻塞性肺疾病全球倡议：COPD诊断、治疗与预防全球策略（更新版）》标准。
②符合肌少症的诊断标准：肌肉量测量应用双X射线吸收法（男性<7.0 kg/m2，女性<5.4 kg/m2），应用生物阻抗分析（男性<7.0 kg/m2，女性<5.7 kg/m2）；握力（男性为<26 kg，女性为<18 kg）；步行速度（<0.8 m/s）。
③意识清楚、有阅读能力或语言表达能力，与研究者沟通无障碍。
④知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria of COPD patients: the patients are in the stable stage of disease and meet the criteria of 2021 gold Global Initiative for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: global strategy for COPD diagnosis, treatment and Prevention (Updated).
② Meet the diagnostic criteria of sarcopenia: muscle mass was measured by double X-ray absorption method (male < 7.0 kg / m2, female < 5.4 kg / m2), and bioimpedance analysis (male < 7.0 kg / m2, female < 5.7 kg / m2); Grip strength (< 26 kg for men and < 18 kg for women); Walking speed (< 0.8 m / s).
③ Have clear consciousness, reading ability or language expression ability, and have no barrier to communicate with researchers.
④ Informed consent.

排除标准：

排除心脑血管疾病、癌症、肝肾疾病等严重代谢性疾病等人群（影响肌力和呼吸功能的疾病因素）。

Exclusion criteria：

People with serious metabolic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cancer, liver and kidney diseases (disease factors affecting muscle strength and respiratory function) were excluded.
