研究目的：

1）研究短时程脊髓电刺激和硬膜外阻滞方案在治疗亚急性期带状疱疹神经痛的临床应用价值和意义； 2）为治疗带状疱疹性神经痛的相关临床工作及研究提供参考和指导； 3）优化公共卫生资源的分配，减少再入院率；  

Objectives of Study：

1）To study the clinical value and significance of short-term spinal cord electrical stimulation and epidural block in the treatment of subacute herpes zoster neuralgia; 2）To provide reference and guidance for clinical work and Research on herpes zoster neuralgia; 3）Optimizing the allocation of public health resources and reducing the re-admission rate.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄40-90岁；
2）符合亚急性期带状疱疹性神经痛的诊断；
3) 非孕妇，未合并恶性肿瘤；
4）单侧神经受累者；
5）至少接受过一种治疗，疼痛控制不理想，VAS≥5。

Inclusion criteria

1) Aged 40 to 90 years;
2) Conformity with the diagnosis of subacute herpes zoster neuralgia;
3) Non-pregnant women without malignant tumors;
4) Unilateral nerve involvement;
5) Received at least one treatment with poor pain control, VAS ≥5.

排除标准：

1) 患有认知障碍或不能主观表达不适症状；
2）穿刺部位感染；
3）凝血功能障碍；
4）需要抗凝药或不能暂时停止的抗血小板治疗；
5) 因任何原因不愿参与此研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Suffering from cognitive impairment or inability to subjectively express discomfort symptoms;
2) Puncture site infection;
3) Coagulation dysfunction;
4) Need anticoagulant or non-temporary antiplatelet therapy;
5) Patients who are reluctant to participate in the study for any reason.
