研究目的：

该研究的主要目的是评估磁共振引导的个体化精准定位经颅磁刺激（TMS）治疗的重性抑郁症的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of MRI-guided individualized transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) in the treatment of major depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄为18-60周岁;（2）符合DSM-5关于抑郁症的诊断标准，且这一诊断通过简明国际神经精神访谈（MINI-International Neuropsychiatric Interview，M.I.N.I.）确认;（3）目前用药为SSRI类抗抑郁药，且近两周没有调整；（4）汉密顿抑郁量表17 项评分（Hamilton Depression Scale-17，HAMD-17）分数不少于17分。

Inclusion criteria

(1)18 to 60 years of age (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of depression in the DSM-5, and the diagnosis was confirmed by MINI-International Neuropsychiatric Interview (M.I.N.I); (3) The current use of SSRI antidepressants was not adjusted in the past two weeks; (4) The score of 17 items of Hamilton Depression Scale-17 (HAMD-17) was not less than 17.

排除标准：

(1）诊断为双相情感障碍或伴有精神病症状的抑郁症；（2）合并其他精神疾病；（3）目前服用抗精神病药物治疗；（4）伴有严重脑器质性疾病，如癫痫、脑卒中、脑炎、脑外伤等，或者存在严重躯体疾病如恶性肿瘤、急性心衰、多器官衰竭等；（5）既往有酒精或药物依赖史；（6）妊娠期或哺乳期女性；（7）伴有金属植入物、幽闭恐怖等磁共振扫描禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who diagnosed with bipolar disorder or with psychiatric symptoms; (2) Other mental diseases; (3) Currently treated with antipsychotics; (4) Severe brain organic diseases, such as epilepsy, stroke, encephalitis, brain trauma, etc., or serious somatic diseases such as a malignant tumor, acute heart failure, multiple organ failure, etc.; (5) Previous history of alcohol or drug dependence. (6) Pregnant or lactating women; (7) Accompanied by metal implants, claustrophobia, and other contraindications for MRI scanning.
