探究腹部按摩对机械通气患者肠内营养耐受性的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of abdominal massage on enteral nutrition tolerance of patients with mechanical ventilation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①经鼻胃管行持续性泵入肠内营养支持治疗的机械通气患者；②年龄在18～75岁之间；③已进行机械通气48小时；④知情同意，自愿参与此研究。

Inclusion criteria

① Mechanical ventilation patients who received continuous enteral nutrition support through nasogastric tube; ② The age is between 18 and 75 years old; ③ Mechanical ventilation has been carried out for 48 hours; ④ Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

①入组前已接受肠内营养；②腹部外伤者；③近六周内接受腹部手术；④消化道出血者；⑤腹部按摩禁忌症（如腹部肿瘤、腹膜炎、腹水、腹泻、肠梗阻和怀孕的患者）；⑥使用促胃肠动力药者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Enteral nutrition was received before entering the group; ② Patients with abdominal trauma; ③ Abdominal operation in the last six weeks; ④ Patients with gastrointestinal bleeding; ⑤ Contraindications of abdominal massage (such as abdominal tumor, peritonitis, ascites, diarrhea, intestinal obstruction and pregnant patients); ⑥ Use gastrointestinal motility promoting drugs.

研究者徐玲按照患者的年龄、肠内营养液种类、24h肠内营养液总量和机械通气模式将纳入的研究对象配成对子，并按照纳入的顺序将每对对子进行编号，编号顺序为1-33。然后用随机数字表的方式将对子中的2个对象随机分配到干预组（A组）和对照组（B组），先对每个对子中的2个对象进行编号，例如第1对中第1个对象为1.1，第2个对象为1.2，余仿此，再从随机数字表任选某行某列，一次取33个2位的随机数，遇到重复者弃之不用，若2位的随机数字为单数，则对子中的2个对象按照AB顺序分入干预组和对照组；若数字为双数，则对子中的2个对象按照BA顺序分入对照组和干预组。
