研究目的：

1. 本研究采用前瞻性对照研究，探讨单侧经椎弓根外入路PVP治疗胸腰段OVCF的安全性及有效性。 2. 本研究分析滑动穿刺在椎弓根外穿刺中的应用技巧分析。 3. 基于上述研究，探索一种新的PVP穿刺方法。  

Objectives of Study：

1. in this study, a prospective control study was conducted to investigate the safety and efficacy of PVP in the treatment of thoracolumbar OVCF. 2. this study analyzes the application skills of sliding puncture in extrapedicle puncture. 3. based on the above research, a new method of PVP puncture was explored.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄60岁以上且伴有严重骨质疏松（T值≤-2.5 SD）；
2.低能量损伤如扭伤、摔倒、搬抬重物等引起；
3.骨折部位位于T9-L3；
4.MRI提示胸腰段新鲜压缩性骨折（T1加权像为低信号、T2 加权像高信号或等信号及脂肪抑制序列成像高信号）；
5.患者有严重的腰背痛且疼痛与骨折部位一致（VAS≥5分）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Over 60 years old with severe osteoporosis (t value <= - 2.5 SD);
2. Low energy injury, such as sprain, fall, lifting heavy objects, etc;
3. The fracture site is located at t9-l3;
4. MRI showed fresh compression fracture of thoracolumbar segment (low signal on T1 weighted image, high signal or equal signal on T2 weighted image and high signal on fat suppression sequence imaging);
5. The patient had severe low back pain and the pain was consistent with the fracture site (VAS >= 5 points).

排除标准：

(1) 继发性压缩骨折如脊柱结核/脊柱感染/脊柱肿瘤等；
（2）严重凝血障碍；
（3）不稳定骨折或伴有脊髓和神经根损伤；
(4)合并心功能不全等综合情况较差不能耐受手术及精神疾病不能接受PVP手术。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Secondary compression fracture, such as spinal tuberculosis / spinal infection / spinal tumor, etc;
(2) Severe coagulation disorder;
(3) Unstable fracture or accompanied by spinal cord and nerve root injury;
(4) Combined with cardiac insufficiency and other poor comprehensive conditions, can not tolerate surgery and mental diseases, can not accept PVP surgery.
