研究目的：

通过飞秒激光辅助白内障手术中激光前囊膜截开性状分析，测量飞秒激光前后设定囊口大小与手术结束后实际囊口大小差异性，预估影响截囊口的因素有哪些，指导飞秒激光截囊口直径大小设定，针对不同类型IOL、不同年龄、不同病情等白内障患者，个性化设置参数，实现IOLCCCC光滑全周遮盖光学面，提高IOL稳定性，减少ACO发生，让精准屈光白内障手术精益求精。  

Objectives of Study：

By femtosecond laser in the laser assisted cataract surgery before the capsule membrane cut open character analysis, measurement of femtosecond laser set mouth size and the surgery before and after the actual capsule after the mouth size differences, what are the factors influence forecast cut sac mouth, guide the femtosecond laser cut sac diameter size set mouth, according to different types of IOL, different ages, different illness, such as cataract patients, personalized Settings,To achieve IOLCCCC smooth full-circle covering optical surface, improve IOL stability, reduce ACO occurrence, and improve precision refractive cataract surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

主动配合，角膜透明，睑裂大小正常。可正常行飞秒激光辅助的老年性白内障。高度近视（＞-6D）并发性白内障、青光眼稳定期并发性白内障，先天性白内障等各特殊类型白内障患者也可入组。

Inclusion criteria

Active cooperation, cornea transparent, palpebral fissure size normal.Senile cataract assisted by femtosecond laser can be performed normally.Patients with high myopia (> -6D) complicated cataract, stable glaucoma complicated cataract, congenital cataract and other special types of cataract can also be included in the group.

排除标准：

1.排除睑裂狭小、眼球震颤，不能配合手术，术中无法固视，不能仰卧位，角膜混浊，瞳孔异位，瞳孔直径＜5mm，青光眼薄壁滤过泡，肥厚翼状胬肉，严重结膜松弛，晶体明显异位，近期感染性角膜疾病，前房积血，低眼压。
2.排除术中发生并发症，破囊，前囊不完全截开等

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclude narrow eyelid fissure and nystagmus, can't cooperate with surgery, intraoperative fixation, can't supine position, corneal opacity, ectopic pupil, pupil diameter < 5mm, glaucoma thin-wall filter blia, hypertrophic pterygium, serious conjunctiva flab, obvious ectopic lens, recent infectious corneal disease, hyphema, low intraocular pressure.
2. Complications occurred during the exclusion operation, such as cyst rupture and incomplete anterior capsule resection
