研究目的：

1.通过本研究探索膀胱功能锻炼在子宫肌瘤患者高强度聚焦超声（HIFU）术前定位中的有效性和安全性。 2.为子宫肌瘤患者HIFU 术前定位前膀胱功能锻炼的最佳临床实践提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the efficacy and safety of bladder function exercise in preoperative positioning of HIFU in patients with uterine fibroids through this study. 2. To provide the basis for the best clinical practice of bladder function exercise before HIFU preoperative positioning in patients with uterine fibroids.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断为子宫肌瘤,并拟行HIFU术前定位者。
2.能进行膀胱功能锻炼时间3天者。
3.能够在指导下正确完成膀胱功能锻炼者。
4.自愿参与本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed with uterine fibroids and planned to undergo HIFU preoperative positioning.
2. Those who can exercise bladder function for 3 days.
3. Those who can correctly complete the bladder function exercise under the guidance.
4. Voluntarily participate in this researcher.

排除标准：

1.有膀胱手术史者。
2.有泌尿道疾病者。
3.有严重的系统性疾病者。
4.膀胱与子宫的位置关系不密切，膀胱对声通道建立无影响者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with a history of bladder surgery.
2. Those with urinary tract disease.
3. Those with severe systemic diseases.
4. The position of the bladder and the uterus is not closely related, and the bladder has no influence on the establishment of the acoustic channel.

研究员将332名所有研究对象进行统一编号为001～332；按研究对象预约定位的时间顺序进行编号，第一位纳入研究对象为001号，最后一位纳入研究对象为332号。研究员根据自己的意愿，在随机数字表上选择从第一行第一列开始，自左向右进行随机数录入;再将全部选出的随机数从小到大进行排序号（随机数相同的按照先后顺序排号），并记录下来﹔规定排出的序号1~83为A组，序号84~167为B组，168~251为C组，序号252~332为D组。研究对象按研究对象编号依次对应随机数排出的序号，进入各组。
