本研究旨在探讨关节镜下盘状外侧半月板部分切除术后下肢力线改变及膝关节功能的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

This study was to explore the changes in the lower limb axial alignment and knee joint function after arthroscopic partial resection of discoid lateral meniscus

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 接受过关节镜检查， (2) 术中诊断单纯外侧半月板撕裂，并部分切除治疗 (3) 有术前和术后双下肢全长片 (4) 仅进行过单侧下肢手术。

Inclusion criteria

(1) have undergone arthroscopy, (2) Intraoperative diagnosis of simple lateral meniscus tear, and partial resection for treatment, (3) have both preoperative and postoperative standing anteroposterior radiographs available, and (4) have had only unilateral lower limb surgery.

排除标准：

关节镜检查发现合并韧带损伤、滑膜炎、软骨损伤或其他关节内疾病、术后关节感染及术前下肢有内翻或外翻畸形的患者

Exclusion criteria：

patients who had Combined with ligament injury, synovitis, cartilage injury or other intra-articular diseases during arthroscopy, postoperative joint infections and the lower limbs have varus or valgus deformity before surgery
