研究目的：

1. 主要目的：评价内镜黏膜下剥离术后追加放疗的是否可增加T1食管鳞状细胞癌的3年无复发生存率。 2. 次要目的：1）评价内镜黏膜下剥离术后追加放疗对3年总体生存率和3年肿瘤相关生存率的影响；2）评价异时癌发生率；3）评价放疗相关并发症发生率；4）评价成本-效应关系；5）探索有效预防复发的最低放疗剂量；6）回顾性比较与追加外科手术的疗效差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary aim: to evaluate whether additional radiotherapy after ESD could improve 3-year recurrence-free survival rate. Secondary aim: 1. to evaluate whether additional radiotherapy after ESD could improve 3-year overal survival and 3-year cancer-related survival; 2.to evaluate the adverse event of radiotherapy;3. cost-effect evaluation; 4.to determine the minor radiation dosage to prevent recurrence;5.to retrospectively compare with additional surgery after ESD

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）在参加单位接受内镜黏膜下剥离术（ESD）的患者；（2）病理证实为T1食管鳞状细胞癌

Inclusion criteria

1.patients receiving ESD at West China hospital, Huai'an People's hospital, Cangxi Peolple's hospital, and the first Zigong People's hospital.
2.pathologically diagnosed as T1 esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

排除标准：

（1）合并食管腺癌或其他恶性肿瘤；（2）ESD术后立即追加化疗；（3）正在参加其他临床试验；（4）拒绝签署临床研究知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1.With other concurrent malignant tumors
2.having additional chemotherapy after ESD
3. participating other clinical trials
4.refusing to sign informed consent
