研究目的：

主要目的：探讨影响老年择期腹部术后危重患者预后的危险因素，以期对病情严重程度早评估，早预警。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To explore the risk factors affecting prognosis of critically ill elderly patients following elective abdominal surgery, furthermore, to assess severity and keep alarm earlier.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.接受择期腹部手术后转入ICU患者；
2.年龄≥65岁；
3.一年内住ICU次数≥2次，取第一次临床资料。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients transferred to ICU after elective abdominal surgery;
2. Age >=65 years old;
3. Anyone whose hospitalization times is more than two in 1 year,we will select the first time clinical datas.

排除标准：

入ICU后24h内未行实验室检查。

Exclusion criteria：

No laboratory tests within 24 hours after entering the ICU.
