研究目的：

通过相关研究，观察我院围术期血栓预防后骨创伤患者DVT的发生率；进一步探讨并验证围术期骨创伤患者术前合并症对下肢深静脉血栓的关系。为早期识别高危人群，有效预防下肢静脉血栓提供临床依据  

Objectives of Study：

Through related research, observe the incidence of DVT in patients with bone trauma after perioperative thrombosis prevention in our hospital; further explore and verify the relationship between preoperative complications of perioperative bone trauma patients and deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities. Provide clinical evidence for early identification of high-risk groups and effective prevention of lower extremity venous thrombosis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、创伤性骨折；
2、髋部骨折（股骨颈、股骨转子间）、骨盆骨折、髋臼骨折、股骨远端骨折；
3、年龄＞18岁；
4、临床病历资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1. Traumatic fractures;
2. Hip fractures (femoral neck and intertrochanteric), pelvic fractures, acetabular fractures, and distal femoral fractures;
3. Aged > 18 years;
4. Complete clinical medical records.

排除标准：

1、合并血液系统疾病或凝血功能障碍；
2、长期服用抗凝药物史；
3、血管外科手术治疗史；
4、妊娠。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with blood system disease or coagulation dysfunction;
2. Long-term use of anticoagulant drugs;
3. History of vascular surgery;
4. Pregnancy.
