研究目的：

评价超声实时弹性成像引导靶向穿刺联合磁共振超声融合靶向穿刺在前列腺活检中的应用价值，探索前列腺穿刺活检的新模式和新方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the application value of targeted biopsy guided by ultrasonic real-time elastography combined with magnetic resonance imaging/ultrasound fusion targeted biopsy in prostate biopsy, and to explore a new model and new method of prostate biopsy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.磁共振PI-RADs评分≥3分
2.超声实时弹性成像发现可疑病灶

Inclusion criteria

1.PI-RADS scores ≥ 3;
2.Suspicious lesions were found by ultrasound real-time elastography;

排除标准：

①处于急性感染期、发热期；②有高血压危象；③处于心脏功能不全失代偿期；④有严重出血倾向的疾病；⑤处于糖尿病血糖不稳定期；⑥有严重的内、外痔，肛周或直肠病变。

Exclusion criteria：

①In the acute infection period, fever period;②hypertensive crisis;③Decompensation of cardiac insufficiency;④Complicated with severe bleeding tendency disease;⑤iabetic blood glucose instability;⑥Complicated with severe internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids, perianal or rectal lesions.
