研究目的：

观察健康肢体早期力量训练对脑卒中后疲劳及运动功能恢复的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of early strength training of healthy extremity on post-stroke fatigue and recovery of motor function in patients with stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）发病4～6周；2）年龄45-75岁之间；3）NIHSS评分5～15,可在拐杖辅助下行走；4）有临床意义的自我报道疲劳（FAS评分≥24分[24]）；5）神志清楚，有足够的认知和语言功能以完成康复治疗和评估。

Inclusion criteria

1) age 45-75 years; 2) course of disease 4-6 weeks; 3) NIHSS scores 5-15, and able to independently walk with or without walking aids 4) with clinically significant self-reported fatigue (Fatigue Assessment Scale≥24); 5) sufficient cognitive and language functions to complete rehabilitation treatment and assessment.

排除标准：

1) 脑肿瘤 2）合并严重心肺疾病或肝肾功能不全；3）有周围神经损伤、脊髓病变等其他神经系统疾病；4）健侧肢体无法完成肌力训练；5）拒绝参与者。

Exclusion criteria：

1)brain tumor ;2) with severe cardiopulmonary diseases or severe liver dysfunction or kidney dysfunction; 3) co-morbid neurological disorders; 4) The healthy limb could not complete muscle strength training; 5) refused to participate.
