高脂肪或高蛋白质的餐前零食对健康成人全天血糖波动的影响  

Objectives of Study：

The effect of high fat or high protein pre-meal snacks on glycemic variability in healthy adults

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄18 - 26岁
2）18.5kg/m2 ≤ BMI ≤ 23.9kg/m2
3）3餐均在学校食堂进餐
4）自愿签署知情同意书者

Inclusion criteria

1) Aged 18-26 years
2) 18.5kg/m2 ≤ BMI ≤ 23.9kg/m2
3) All meals are taken in the school canteen.
4) The patients sign the information consent form.

排除标准：

1）有代谢性疾病及相关家族史，包括但不限于糖耐量受损、糖尿病、高血压、高尿酸血症和血脂异常
2）豆制品、乳制品及坚果过敏或不耐受
3）三餐作息不规律，有夜班等工作
4）研究前3个月参加过其他临床研究或进行减肥及其他特殊饮食
5）每日体力活动水平差异大
6）饮酒、吸烟

Exclusion criteria：

1) A family history of metabolic diseases and related diseases, including but not limited to impaired glucose tolerance, diabetes, hypertension, hyperuricemia and dyslipidemia
2) Allergy or intolerance to soy products, dairy products and nuts
3) Irregular work and rest for three meals, night shift and other work
4) Participated in other clinical studies or underwent weight loss or other special diet 3 months prior to the study
5) There were significant differences in daily physical activity levels
6) Drinking and smoking
