探究罗哌卡因用于全髋关节置换术超声引导下腰方肌阻滞的最低有效浓度。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the minimum effective concentration of ropivacaine for ultrasound-guided quadratus lumborum block in total hip arthroplasty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）18-80岁； 2）体重指数（BMI）为20-35 kg/m2； 3）美国麻醉师学会（ASA）II-III的功能状态； 4）初次单侧全髋关节置换术。

Inclusion criteria

1) 18-80 years of age; 2) body mass index (BMI) of 20-35 kg/m2; 3) an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) functional status of II-III; 4) primary unilateral total hip arthroplasty.

排除标准：

1）髋关节强直； 2）已知对本研究中使用的药物过敏； 3）阿片类药物过量使用史； 4）有过量饮酒史； 5）认知障碍； 6）精神病； 7）公认的神经肌肉疾病； 8）既往髋关节开放手术史； 9）目标侧髋部患有其他神经性疾病； 10）无法进行口头交流。

Exclusion criteria：

1) hip ankylosis; 2) known allergy to the drugs used in this study; 3) a history of excessive opioid consumption; 4) a history of excessive alcohol consumption; 5) cognitive impairment; 6) psychiatric illness; 7) recognized neuromuscular disorder; 8) previous hip open surgery; 9) other neuropathic diseases of the hip on the target side; 10) inability to communicate verbally.
