研究目的：

本研究通过回顾分析生育年龄≥40周岁的高龄孕产妇的的临床特征、分娩方式及母婴结局，旨在探讨提高高龄孕妇围产期的安全性的措施。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to explore measures to improve the perinatal safety of elderly pregnant women by retrospectively analyzing the clinical characteristics, mode of delivery and maternal and infant outcomes of elderly pregnant women with reproductive aged >=40 years.

纳入标准：

1.2016年7月1日至2021年6月30日在山东省妇幼保健院产科住院孕妇；
2.年龄40岁以上。

Inclusion criteria

1. From July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2021, pregnant women were hospitalized in the obstetrics department of Shandong Maternal and Child Health Hospital;
2. Aged over 40 years.

排除标准：

临床数据不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

Incomplete medical records.
