本研究通过回顾分析生育年龄≥40周岁的高龄孕产妇的的临床特征、分娩方式及母婴结局，旨在探讨提高高龄孕妇围产期的安全性的措施。

To explore the clinical features, delivery mode and pregnancy outcomes of women at advanced maternal age more than 40 years.

（1)2016年7月1日至2021年6月30日在山东省妇幼保健院产科住院孕妇；(2)年龄40岁以上。

Inclusion criteria

the women at advanced maternal age more than 40 years between July 2016 to May 2021 at Shandong Province Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital

临床数据不完整病历
