研究目的：

本研究的目的是对行妇科肿瘤手术患者实施加速康复途径的管理，观察结果进行评估，并将其结果与当前的围手术期护理标准进行比较。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this research is to implement and evaluate an enhanced recovery pathway for major gynecologic oncological surgery patients and compare their outcomes to the current standard of care perioperative management.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

女性18～75岁；
诊断或怀疑妇科肿瘤；
拟行择期开腹或腔镜手术；

Inclusion criteria

Women between the ages of 18-70 years
The known or suspected diagnosis of gynecologic malignancy (including ovarian, endometrial, and cervical cancer)
Scheduled for elective laparotomy or laparoscopy

排除标准：

无法提供知情同意
无法理解书面或口语
无法移动定义为无法独立行走
目前居住在专业护理机构的患者
ASA 4 或 5级
计划入住 ICU 超过一晚
怀孕

Exclusion criteria：

Inability to provide informed consent
Inability to comprehend written or spoken English
Immobility as defined by an inability to ambulate unassisted
Patient currently residing in a skilled nursing facility
ASA physical status 4 or 5
Planned greater than one-night admission to the ICU
Pregnancy
