研究目的：

探究EMDR团体疗法对轻度青少年社交焦虑患者干预的有效性，并为今后治疗青少年社 交焦虑患者提供新的理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effectiveness of EMDR group therapy in the intervention of mild adolescent social anxiety, and provide a new theoretical basis for the treatment of adolescent social anxiety in the future.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a) 年龄12-18 岁，性别不限；
b) 符合 DSM-5 社交焦虑障碍诊断标准；
c) LSAS评分小于60分；
d) 具有小学及以上受教育程度

Inclusion criteria

A) Age from 12 to 18, regardless of gender;
B) Meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for social anxiety disorder;
C) LSAS score less than 60;
D) Have a primary school education or above

排除标准：

a) 当前存在重大脑器质性疾病、严重视觉听觉障碍者、严重头部外伤
史、物质及酒精成因史。
b)存在智力障碍或者分离障碍；
c)合并其他严重精神疾病或双相情感障碍；
d) 具有临床意义的躯体疾病，或实验室检查异常。

Exclusion criteria：

A) There are serious organic brain diseases, severe visual and auditory impairment, and severe head trauma
History, substance and alcohol genesis history.
B) mental retardation or separation disorder;
C) other serious mental illness or bipolar disorder;
D) clinically significant physical disorders or abnormal laboratory tests.
