通过对非急性期严重DOCs患儿的听觉ERPs MMN成分及预后进行2年的动态随访，评估MMN对儿童患者的意识评估及长期预后预测的敏感性和特异性。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合昏迷、植物状态、最低意识状态的诊断标准；2. 入我科时病程为2周-3月；3. 年龄6月-14周岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. diagnosis:coma or vegetative state or minimally conscious state; 2. the Course:≥14d,≤3m; 3. aged 6 months to 14 years old.

排除标准：

1.既往有听力障碍或存在影响听觉ERPs检查的耳源性疾病；2.病情不稳定有危及生命的共患病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Hearing impairment; 2.The condition is unstable with life-threatening complications.

病例记录表：由2名专科工作2年以上的主治医师进行临床评估。 数据采集及信息的录入有专门的电生理工作人员完成，有相应执业资格的医师对数据进行核对和分析。数据保存在专用电脑硬盘里，设置有打开密码，只有被授权的研究者才能打开数据。研究者负责遵循适用的数据保护条例来处理研究数据。
