研究目的：

比较不同强度中频治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果，为探讨最佳治疗强度提供依据  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical effect of different intensity intermediate frequency in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, and to provide the basis for exploring the best treatment intensity

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合诊断标准；②发病时间1周～6个月；③NRS（疼痛数字评分）>3分；④年龄：18～60岁；⑤签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

In line with diagnostic criteria. The onset time was 1 week – 6 months. NRS ( pain score ) > 3 points. Age : 18 – 60 years old. Signing informed consent

排除标准：

①有颈部受伤史、手术史、皮肤破损、感染、凝血功能障碍者；②有严重心、肺等重要脏器功能障碍；③颈部有肿瘤、结核、颈椎不稳、脊髓型颈椎病者；④处于哺乳或妊娠期；⑤局部有金属无法电疗者；⑥无法配合者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with neck injury, surgical history, skin damage, infection, and coagulation disorders. Patients with severe heart, lung and other important organ dysfunction. Patients with cervical tumors, tuberculosis, cervical instability and cervical spondylotic myelopathy. In lactation or pregnancy. Patients with local metal inability to electrotherapy. Those who cannot cooperate

采用简单随机化对研究对象分组，由一名不参与研究的治疗师依次编好1～42序号，用excel产生1～42之间不重复的随机数字，按随机数字出现的顺序与已经编号的1～42序号对应排列，随机数字1～14为低强度组，15～28为中强度组，29～42为高强度组。
