探索蝶腭神经节阻滞（SPGB）治疗于颈动脉内膜剥脱术（CEA）的后头痛效果  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of sphenopalatine ganglion block in the treatment of postoperative headache in patients undergoing carotid endarterectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级II或III级；年龄55～75岁，性别不限；经颅多普勒彩超提示一侧颈动脉狭窄（有症状患者狭窄＞70%；无症状患者狭窄＞80%）；有自主行为能力，且自愿签署了知情同意书。排除标准：近半年内有脑梗死、心肌梗死等严重心脑血管疾病发作；术前基础血压高于 180/110 mmHg；严重肝肾疾病；痴呆或精神疾病史；药物滥用史；严重视听力障碍。

Inclusion criteria

The American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades II or III; age 55~75 years, gender; intracranial Doppler indicates unilateral carotid stenosis (70% for symptomatic stenosis; 80% for asymptomatic stenosis); independent behavior and voluntary informed consent.Elimination criteria: attacks of serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as cerebral infarction and myocardial infarction in the past half a year; preoperative basic blood pressure higher than 180 / 110 mmHg; of severe liver and kidney disease; history of dementia or mental illness; history of substance abuse; and severe visual hearing impairment.

排除标准：

颈动脉再通失败或rScO2升高＜5%；术中出现严重并发症

Carotid bypass failure or rScO2 increased
