研究目的：

旨在分析测定患者体内阿托伐他汀钙的血药浓度，对比高原及平原高血脂症人群阿托伐他汀钙的药代动力学参数是否有差异，对比高原及平原高血脂症人群有关药物转运体、代谢酶的基因多态性，从而为高原及平原人群阿托伐他汀钙的个体化合理用药提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze and determine the blood concentration of atorvastatin calcium in patients, to compare whether there are differences in the pharmacokinetic parameters of atorvastatin calcium between high-altitude and plain hyperlipidemia populations, and to compare the relative drug transport of high-altitude and plain hyperlipidemia populations The genetic polymorphisms of body and metabolic enzymes provide a reference for the individualized and rational use of atorvastatin calcium in plateau and plain populations.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.临床上服用阿托伐他汀钙片调节血脂水平、预防ASCVD的患者；
2.连续服用阿托伐他汀钙片5个半衰期以上，达稳态血药浓度；
3.年龄18-85的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who take atorvastatin calcium tablets clinically to regulate blood lipid levels and prevent ASCVD;
2. Continuously taking atorvastatin calcium tablets for more than 5 half-lives to reach steady-state blood drug concentration;
3. Aged 18 to 85 years old.

排除标准：

1.恶性肿瘤患者；
2.近一年内进行过外科重大手术的患者；
3.有酗酒或吸毒史者；
4.试验期间有妊娠计划或妊娠试验阳性患者和哺乳期患者；
5.有明显肝肾疾病的症状和体征，或ALT、AST高于正常上限的1.5倍的患者；
6.血清肌酐大于正常上限1.5倍的患者；
7.患有或曾患有横纹肌溶解或肌病或肌酸激酶（CK）大于正常值上限3倍患者；
8.对阿托伐他汀及药物中所加辅料过敏的患者；
9.同服细胞色素P4503A4（CYP3A4）强抑制剂、纤维酸衍生物、调脂剂量的烟酸、蛋白酶抑制剂、伊曲康唑、克拉霉素、红霉素、环孢霉素、依非韦仑、氨氯地平、地尔硫卓、利福平、华法林、考来替泊、葡萄柚汁等的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with malignant tumors;
2. Patients who have undergone major surgery in the past year;
3. People with a history of alcohol or drug abuse;
4. Patients with pregnancy plans or pregnancy test positive and lactating patients during the trial;
5. Patients with obvious symptoms and signs of liver and kidney disease, or patients with ALT and AST higher than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal;
6. Patients with serum creatinine greater than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal;
7. Patients who have or have had rhabdomyolysis or myopathy or creatine kinase (CK) greater than 3 times the upper limit of normal;
8. Patients who are allergic to atorvastatin and the excipients added to the drug;
9. The same administration of cytochrome P4503A4 (CYP3A4) strong inhibitors, fibric acid derivatives, lipid-adjusted doses of niacin, protease inhibitors, itraconazole, clarithromycin, erythromycin, cyclosporine, efib Viren, amlodipine, diltiazem, rifampicin, warfarin, colestipol, grapefruit juice, etc.
