研究目的：

通过应用超声检查评估使用胰岛素皮下注射的糖尿病患者中皮下脂肪增生状况，并进一步分析皮下脂肪增生的相关影响因素，以及皮下脂肪增生可能对患者血糖波动的影响  

Objectives of Study：

assess the lipohypertrophy (LH) in diabetes with insulin subcutaneous injection by ultrasound examination, and further to analyze the related influencing factors of LH and the possible effects of LH on glycemic variability

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥18周岁，男女不限。
2. 符合1999年世界卫生组织(World Health Organization，WHO)糖尿病诊断标准。
3. 每日至少进行一次腹部皮下注射胰岛素治疗已达1年以上者。
4. 自愿加入本调查研究，并签署相关知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18 years old, male or female. 2.Patients who have received subcutaneous injection of insulin into their abdomen at least once a day for more than 1 yearVoluntarily participate in the study, and sign the relevant informed consent

排除标准：

1. 合并急性感染、酮症酸中毒等严重并发症。
2. 目前正在使用如胰高糖素样肽-1(Glucagon-like peptide-1，GLP-1)受体激动剂等需要腹部皮下注射药物治疗者。
3. 已知存在腹部肿块者，如脂肪瘤、皮质腺囊肿、皮下囊肿等。
4. 合并如银屑病、湿疹等腹部皮肤炎症性病变。
5. 已知或可能对医用超声耦合剂过敏。
6. 无法完成一般信息采集或临床体格检查。
7. 既往有腹部手术治疗史，存在明显疤痕者。
8. 频繁的或者最近出现严重低血糖。
9. 妊娠期妇女。
10. 合并精神疾病和认知功能障碍及生活无法自理。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe complications such as acute infection and ketoacidosis.
2. Current use of glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonists requiring subcutaneous abdominal injection.
3. Patients with known abdominal masses, such as lipoma, cortical gland cyst, subcutaneous cyst, etc.
4. Complicated with inflammatory abdominal skin lesions such as psoriasis and eczema.
5. Known or likely to be allergic to medical ultrasound couplings.
6. General information collection or clinical physical examination cannot be completed.
7. Patients with previous abdominal surgery and obvious scar.
8. Frequent or recent severe hypoglycemia.
9. Pregnant women.
10. Concomitant mental illness and cognitive dysfunction and inability to take care of themselves.
