研究目的：

1.探索以经筋病变阳性反应点和功能障碍为基本要素之颈型颈椎病的经筋辨证体系，促进经筋理论研究和发展。 2.探索前臂部和颈项部的经筋关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the Jingjin syndrome differentiation system of cervical spondylosis with Jingjin lesion positive reaction point and dysfunction as the basic elements, and promote the research and development of Jingjin theory. 2. Explore the Jingjin tendon relationship between forearm and neck.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合颈型颈椎病的诊断标准；
②年龄在20~50岁之间，性别不限；
③过去一年中颈肩痛发生天数＞30天，最近7天内有颈肩疼痛发生；
④意识清晰，能够正确理解并配合，可以清楚表达者；⑤受试者自愿参加本实验研究，并且签署知情同意书。如以上有任何一项不满足，此受试者则不能参加。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria of cervical spondylosis;
② Between 20 and 50 years old, regardless of gender;
③ Neck and shoulder pain occurred more than 30 days in the past year, and neck and shoulder pain occurred in the last 7 days;
④ Those who have clear consciousness, can correctly understand and cooperate, and can express clearly;
⑤ The subjects voluntarily participated in the experimental study and signed the informed consent form. If any of the above items are not met, the subject cannot participate.

排除标准：

①其他各型颈椎病，颈部扭伤，肩关节周围炎，风湿性肌纤维组织炎，神经衰弱及其他非因颈椎间盘退变所致之颈、肩部疼痛者；
②妊娠或准备妊娠妇女，哺乳期妇女；
③过敏体质、皮肤敏感者或身体虚弱者；
④合并严重的肝、肾、造血系统、内分泌系统疾病，骨质疏松症、恶性肿瘤、严重外伤、心肌梗死、脑溢血后遗症等严重原发性疾病，精神病患者，以及严重感染者；
⑤存在认知功能障碍或交流障碍，不能配合完成量表、治疗或随访者；
⑥参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Other types of cervical spondylosis, neck sprain, shoulder periarthritis, rheumatic MYOFIBROSITIS, neurasthenia and other neck and shoulder pain not caused by cervical disc degeneration;
② Pregnant or ready pregnant women, lactating women;
③ Allergic constitution, sensitive skin or weak body;
④ Complicated with serious diseases of liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system, osteoporosis, malignant tumor, severe trauma, myocardial infarction, sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage and other serious primary diseases, psychiatric patients and serious infections;
⑤ Those who have cognitive impairment or communication impairment and cannot cooperate to complete the scale, treatment or follow-up;
⑥ Participants in other clinical trials.

Diagnostic Tests：

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

1.有反复落枕病史。 2.颈项强直、疼痛，可出现整个肩背部发僵疼痛，不能转头、仰头及点头活动，颈部呈倾斜姿势；颈椎需要转动时，躯体须共同转动，也会出现头晕现象。 3.少部分患者会出现放射性肩臂手麻胀疼痛，打喷嚏或咳嗽时症状加重亦不明显。 4.临床检查示急性期颈椎活动功能基本丧失，颈椎旁肌、胸锁乳突肌、斜方肌或 T1~T7 旁肌肉均会出现压痛，冈上、下肌也会出现不同程度压痛；若出现继发性前斜角肌痉挛，于胸锁乳突肌内侧（平C3~C6 横突）可触及肌肉痉挛，稍用力按压即可出现肩部、臂处、手处放射性疼痛。 5.影像学表现可正常或仅有轻度椎间隙狭窄或生理曲度改变，很少出现骨质退变。
