研究目的：

研究重庆市孕妇适宜的碘水平，探索孕妇甲状腺功能异常与碘水平的关系。为建立孕妇碘水平评价标准，指导孕妇补碘  

Objectives of Study：

To study the appropriate iodine level of pregnant women in Chongqing, and to explore the relationship between abnormal thyroid function and iodine level of pregnant women. In order to establish the evaluation standard of iodine level in pregnant women, guide pregnant women to supplement iodine

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）自述无个人或家族甲状腺疾病史；（2）过去1年未服用碘剂、含碘药物或保健品；（3）无心血管系统、免疫系统、肝肾疾病的孕妇；（4）单胎孕妇；（5）居住永川区3年以上

Inclusion criteria

(1) No personal or family history of thyroid disease; (2) No iodine, iodine-containing drugs or health products in the past 1 year; (3) Pregnant women without cardiovascular system, immune system, liver and kidney disease; (4) Single Pregnant women; (5) Living in Yongchuan District for more than 3 years.

排除标准：

（1）自述有甲状腺疾病或甲状腺疾病家族史；（2）过去一年内曾服用碘剂、含碘药物或保健品；（3）有心血管系统、免疫系统等疾病；（4）双胎或多胎妊娠；（5）旅居者或定居永川区不足3年

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Self-reported thyroid disease or family history of thyroid disease; (2) Have taken iodine, iodine-containing drugs or health products within the past year; (3) Have cardiovascular system, immune system and other diseases; (4) Twin or multiple births Pregnancy; (5) Sojourners or settled in Yongchuan District for less than 3 years
