研究目的：

通过回顾性研究，试图寻找肝功能受损患者使用枸橼酸抗凝导致严重不良反应的相关因素，从而为在此类患者中安全使用枸橼酸抗凝提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a retrospective study, this study attempted to find out the related factors of severe adverse reactions caused by the use of citrate anticoagulation in patients with liver function impairment, so as to provide theoretical basis for the safe use of citrate anticoagulation in such patients.

纳入标准：

1. 肝功能不全；2. CRRT时使用局部枸橼酸抗凝策略；3.年龄＞18岁；

Inclusion criteria

1. Liver insufficiency; 2. regional citrate anticoagulation strategy for continuous renal replacement therapy; 3. Age > 18;

排除标准：

孕妇、终末期肝病

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnance, end-stage liver disease
