研究目的：

研究经皮眶周电刺激治疗干眼的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate efficacy and safety of transcutaneous application of electrical current on symptoms and clinical signs of dry eye.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合重度干眼的诊断标准；
2. 年龄18-60岁；
3. 临床症状大于6个月，使用常规治疗3月以上疗效不明显；
4. 自愿参加本临床研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Conformity with severe dry eye diagnostic criteria;
2. Aged 18 to 60 years;
3. Symptom duration more than 6 months,conventional treatment with poor or no response;
4. Signed an informed consent before beginning therapy.

排除标准：

1. 合并有心血管、脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重全身性疾病及精神病患者；
2. 合并其他眼病者；
3. 配戴角膜接触镜；
4. 治疗前2周使用其他治疗方法和药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with severe systemic disease and psychiatric patients;
2. Complicated with other eye diseases;
3. Wear contact lens;
4. Use other treatment within 2 weeks.
