研究目的：

（1）证实ICG荧光引导免充气腋窝入路完全腔镜下甲状腺癌根治术是安全，有效的。 （2）在免充气腋窝入路完全腔镜下甲状腺癌根治术中，在ICG免疫荧光定位甲状旁腺时，通过检测术中发现甲状旁腺数目、甲状旁腺显影分级、术前后PTH值变化、术前后血钙值变化、术后低血钙发生率等，与纳米碳组比较，证实ICG荧光示踪法对甲状旁腺定位在手术中有着保护作用更有优势。  

Objectives of Study：

(1)It is confirmed that ICG fluorescein-guided, non-inflatable axillary approach and complete endoscopic radical thyroid carcinoma is safe and effective. (2)In the radical operation of thyroid cancer under complete endoscopy through the non-inflating axillary approach, It has been proved that ICG fluorescence tracing method has a protective effect on parathyroid localization during surgery and has more advantages.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a.术前甲状腺细针穿刺明确一侧甲状腺乳头状微小癌，肿瘤直径≤1.0cm；
b.既往无甲状腺手术史，无颈部手术史，无患侧胸部及腋窝手术史；
c.患者无心肺功能不全、凝血功能异常等手术禁忌症。
d.术前彩超、CT未见患侧淋巴结肿大或可疑转移结节，未见病灶外侵。
e.术前血钙和甲状旁腺激素测定在正常范围内。

Inclusion criteria

A. Preoperative fine needle puncture of thyroid confirmed papillary microcarcinoma on one side, tumor diameter ≤1.0cm;
B. No thyroid surgery history, no neck surgery history, no affected side chest and axillary surgery history;
C. The patient did not have cardiopulmonary insufficiency, abnormal coagulation and other contraindications to surgery.
D. Preoperative color ultrasound and CT showed no lymph node enlargement or suspected metastatic nodules on the affected side, and no lesion invasion was observed.
E. Preoperative serum calcium and parathyroid hormone were within the normal range.

排除标准：

a.术前甲状腺细针穿刺明确一侧甲状腺乳头状微小癌，肿瘤直径>1.0cm；
b.既往有甲状腺手术史，有颈部手术史，有患侧胸部及腋窝手术史；
c.患者有心肺功能不全、凝血功能异常等手术禁忌症。
d.术前彩超、CT见患侧淋巴结肿大或可疑转移结节，有病灶外侵。
e.术前血钙和甲状旁腺激素测定不在正常范围内。

Exclusion criteria：

B. Previous thyroid surgery history, neck surgery history, affected chest and axillary surgery history;
C. The patient had cardiopulmonary insufficiency, abnormal coagulation and other contraindications to surgery.
D. Preoperative color ultrasound and CT showed enlarged lymph nodes or suspected metastatic nodules on the affected side, with external invasion.
E. Preoperative serum calcium and parathyroid hormone measurements were not within the normal range.

采用随机数字表的方法以及随机数余数分组法将30例患者完全随机分组，分别分为对照组、ICG荧光组以及纳米碳组，每组各10人。
